Using the Website

What payments options are available on the website? 

    You can pay for your order using a credit or debit card ($5 minimum purchase please), your PayPal account, Google or Apple Pay, or using the cash payment option (COD) for delivery orders.

    All major credit cards are accepted and processed using a secure platform.

    When paying with PayPal, you will be directed to the PayPal website to sign in.
    Information, including your address, must be correctly entered in the Billing Address field in order for your payment method to be approved.

    How do I redeem promo codes or KrazyBucks Rewards?

    Simply enter the promo code on the checkout page to redeem it.
    If you have redeemed your points for KrazyBucks Rewards, you can enter the promo code your received via email to redeem the KrazyBucks Rewards.
    If you haven't redeemed your reward points yet, click on the "KrazyBucks Rewards" tab at the bottom of the page to see how many points you have and what KrazyBucks Rewards options are available to you. Select the amount of points you would like to redeem and you will get a promo code to redeem at checkout.

    Does this website reflect everything that is in-stock?

    While we do our best to keep inventory numbers up to date, sometimes mistakes are made. We will email you and refund you promptly if any items you order are sold out.

    The website lists a majority of items in stock, but if you would like to know if we have anything available that is not shown on the website, feel free to email us.

    Why don't photos always match the items available?

    While we do everything we can to match the items we have with the photos available, sometimes there are minor differences like scents and/or details. We are adding more product information daily to make shopping more convenient.

    What does it mean when an item says "Rebate Item" in the product description?

    In order to provide the lowest prices possible, sometimes we participate in manufacturers rebates in order to obtain items at rock-bottom prices. Because of this, the UPC barcode on the product may be cut off of the packaging. While the item is still new in box and has not been tampered with, please keep this in mind when deciding to gift the item.

    How can I receive more information about a product before buying?

    Feel free to use the Contact Us form in order to get more information about an item. In most cases, you will receive a response within 24 hours.

    Can I change or cancel my order after it is placed?

    Changing your order: If you would like to change your order, please email me or use the Contact Us link to let me know as soon as possible. Once your order is processed, it cannot be changed.
    Canceling your order: If you change your mind and need to cancel your entire order, please email me as soon as possible. If you paid with Credit/Debit Card or PayPal, a small fee (no more than $1.00) will be assessed with your refund to cover the cost of my payment processing fee.
